Completely agree on that; our privacy is compromised every time we are on internet either from phone of from desktop in some or the other ways. Even probably right now you website would have been tracking my location and IP address and probably my browser cookies and that is being used in showing me relevant recommendations and suggested articles also targeting of ads will be based on that and I have no issues with but I am happy that I am getting relevant information. And these days targeted ads are very important and drives probably most economy on internet.

On the other hand consider facebook and few other social media who not only do this but also sell our data to govt. agencies and pvt agencies for money that’s where it gets messy and people hate this fact of scanning all our information with some consent on a 4 or 5 page document knowing that no one will read it.
