you can change the group policy in windows 7/8 and 10 to not install updates… gpedit.msc > admin temp > windows components > windows update .. and you can disable updates, defer updates for 8 months, and windows 7 and 8 can disable windows 10 do you want to upgrade options…

I block a few Win10 snooping Files in Zonealarm firewall. No more annoy Win 10 spam. I stay at 7 as long as. I can :-)
