For example, I have tried with a white paper that I came across online which I need to modify/delete a few lines for my record keeping. – its only 5 pages – only half page is converted . – rest of the pages are just images.

instead if this is really really really needed, pay a few bucks for software (in my case, abbyy fine reader)will save your ass
