If anybody came to your chatroom whom you didn't intend, it would almost certainly be a coincidence unless somebody saw a link to it somewhere. Even then, even if they entered during the middle of a conversation, they'd be only privy to anything said afterward. The only stored data is inside your browser cache- their server doesn't record a thing.

From an IT perspective, if the NSA were to track your IP to have visited a certain URL even at the same time and date as another suspect IP address- and they identified both owners by name- there would be no evidence of a conversation whatsoever. It would look to them that you both entered a room and stared at each other, and then left.

This isn't really "private." It just means that the user needs to know the path to the chatroom. There's no admin or approval process involved at all. It's a cool site and I'm sure it will be used but I don't trust it
